Special Project Operation Analyst

Gambaran tugas :

We are now developing a new business wing that combines P2P sales, technology and operation. We are looking for someone with an engineering background to become Special Project Operation Analyst to kick-off this project with job scope:

•   Assisting Special Project Sales Team in order processing, delivery and payment tracking.
• Building operational flow & system using currently available applications in the market to automate the process (1) above.
• Working together with Product & Technology team to build in-house application to replace (2) to achieve exponential growth.
• He or she will report directly to CEO as part of the kick off team.

Persyaratan:

1. Any engineering background, fresh grads are welcome.
2. Hunger to learn new things - as nobody has ever done this in Indonesia.
3. Critical thinking.
4. Prior basic programming/algorithm background is a plus.

Data Analyst

Job Description

You will conduct full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Responsibility

1. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
2. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data system
4. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
5. Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
6. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
7. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirement

• Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills to create data-driven insights
• Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
• S1/S2 degree from Top Universities in Computer Science/Information System/Engineering/ Math / Physics
• Preferably knows programming language (e.g. Java, C++, C#, R, Python, SQL)
•  Familiarity with online marketing ecosystem is a plus
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation technique
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, phyton or ETL frameworks)
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
•  BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
