The Graduate Engineering Management Program (GREMP) is targeted for graduates who are interested building their expertise in property and real estate development. GREMP is a 12 months program to identify and groom engineers that potentials and to maximize value contributions to the project development. The purpose of this program is to create future leaders and successors through leadership acceleration.

Persyaratan:
- Bachelor Degree majoring Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering from reputable university both local and overseas with min. GPA 3.0
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experience
- Computer literacy, especially AutoCAD and project management (Preferable)
- Willing to work on the project site
- Good analytical and problem solving skills High-potential, creative, and enthusiastic individuals
- Hungry for knowledge and success
- Have experience in leading activities
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English
